Tax Director

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Tax Operations to lead and oversee tax operations across all consolidated brands. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Lead all aspects of Global Tax Operations
  , including:
• Global tax provision and ASC 740 reporting.
• Global tax compliance for U.S. federal, state, and international filings.
• SOX controls and similar global compliance requirements.
• Tax forecasting and variance analysis.
• Review of statutory accounts and tax disclosures.
• Manage and mentor the U.S. tax operations team.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure timely and accurate foreign tax filings.
• Maintain global tax compliance calendar and protocols.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors on tax accounting issues.
• Oversee audits, litigation, and relationships with outside tax advisors.
• Drive tax technology strategy and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present global tax reconciliations and variance analysis to senior leadership.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in public accounting or 10+ years in industry tax roles, with global/multinational exposure.
• Education: Advanced tax degree and/or law qualification (LLB).
• Certifications: CPA or JD (CPA preferred).
• Strong ASC 740 expertise and familiarity with systems like JDE, Oracle, Hyperion, and One Source.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
