We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) is essential, and previous exposure to the insurance industry will be considered a plus.

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted figures and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the FP&A team in monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Develop financial models to assess business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills – experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience with Vena and/or Net Suite.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.
