Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a hospitality group that brings together standout restaurant and nightlife concepts in the heart of Little Havana
. They are currently seeking an Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation, and benefits.

As (Staff/Jr.) Accountant, you would be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, multi-unit hospitality group while ensuring accurate reporting and strong accounting controls. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity across multiple restaurant locations and supporting leadership with timely insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Record, reconcile, and review daily sales, bank activity, and credit card transactions
• Maintain AP/AR, verify invoices, and ensure accurate general ledger coding
• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting, including P&L and variance analysis
• Support payroll entries, accruals, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Partner with operations and management to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes
