With millions in annual revenue and strong momentum across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and retail, we’re scaling quickly — and we need a finance leader who can help us manage growth with clarity, precision, and strategy.

We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to build and oversee Taily’s financial backbone. This is a hybrid role that combines day-to-day accounting operations with strategic finance responsibilities like forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

This person will be hands‑on (closing the books, managing inventory accounting, preparing financial statements) while also forward‑looking (building models, advising leadership on growth decisions, and ensuring financial health as we scale).

• Own daily accounting operations: AR, AP, reconciliations, month‑end close.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory accounting (COGS, landed costs, freight, warehouse adjustments).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management alongside CEO/COO.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership to track KPIs (CAC, LTV, margins, burn rate).
• Oversee sales tax compliance, filings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Implement systems, processes, and controls to support growth (Quick Books, Net Suite, or other ERP).
• Support fundraising, banking, and investor relations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience (CPG, DTC, or eCommerce strongly preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, scenario planning).
• Experience with inventory accounting is required.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance.
• Startup or high‑growth experience is a plus.
