- Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process, from retrieving keys to delivering vehicles to guests.
- Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a courteous company brand ambassador by opening vehicle doors, unloading vehicles, and maintaining professionalism.
- Implement vehicle safety procedures: direct traffic, use barricades, park cars in appropriate spaces, inspect for damage, and report incidents.
- Manage financial operations: request and collect fees, reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and handle vehicle tickets.
- Retrieve and release vehicles for waiting guests promptly.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (MVR).
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Quick learner with sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.
- Physical stamina to walk or run from station to vehicle for extended periods.
- Previous valet experience preferred.
