A leading cruise line is seeking an Entertainment Operations Analyst based in Miami. In this role, you will monitor guest satisfaction metrics and manage financial reports for Entertainment Departments. You will collaborate with Finance to track budgets and analyze data using tools like Qualtrics, Essbase, and Tableau. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related fields, and experience in data analytics, preferably in hospitality.

This position requires in-office work three days a week, with remote options on other days.
