A professional sports organization is seeking a Guest Experience Event Staff Supervisor to lead staff during home games and events. Your responsibilities include supervising ticket takers, enforcing entry policies, and resolving guest issues. The ideal candidate has strong conflict resolution skills and can work effectively under pressure. This position requires availability for most Marlins home games, including evenings and weekends, and involves both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.
