THE ROLE & TEAM:
** Televisa Univision is seeking for a Producer who works with producers and team leads to ensure the development of the music live shows adheres to the programming strategy and creative vision of the Primetime Realities & Specials.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong operations background.  Proven track record of successfully running entertainment live shows for network or cable television within the Hispanic Market.
** YOUR DAY-DAY:
*** Liaise with production management to turn vision into reality, resolve problems and meet production deadlines and standards
* Liaise across organization to meet multi-platform goals and objectives
* Responsible for the operation of the development process, and production of live shows
* Works with executive producer on managing and developing team associated to each production
* Ensures team has appropriate resources to achieve defined objectives
** YOU HAVE:
*** Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
* Ability to promote a collaborative environment
* Must have a keen eye for details
* Able to work in a very fast paced environment & multi-task
* Skilled problem solver with the ability to turn visions into reality
* Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of market, trends and demographics
