Overview
We run a live trading and entertainment show. Until now, we ve streamed on Discord, but we re moving up to a full You Tube production with a professional setup. We re looking for someone to lead the entire production, helping us shift from simple Discord streams to a polished live show and run it daily. During streams, you ll manage the tech, run the greenroom, switch scenes, bring guests on and off, and keep everything running smoothly.
If something breaks, you fix it. If a guest needs help, you ve already made sure they re ready. This job is hands-on. You ll be live with us for every session. The schedule: we ll stream during market hours:
London Session: 2:30AM–4AM EST;
New York AM: 8AM–12PM EST;
New York PM: 2PM–4PM EST. Monday through Friday. Yes, it s a lot — we need someone who can handle the rhythm. The London session OR the New York PM Session, depending on your timezone, will be a stream setup run by the host of that stream. You ll help them get set up and make sure they can run things consistently using the systems you build;
you won t be required to be there for all 3 sessions. We re not expecting Superman.
- Build the production
:
Design the workflow: how we go from "nothing" to "live and polished"; choose the tools (OBS, vMix, Stream Yard, whatever you prefer); set up the greenroom system for guests; work with our graphics team on overlays, transitions, and visuals; create repeatable processes (we ll hire a second producer as the show grows, and they ll follow your playbook to cover the additional session and be there to assist/cover holidays). - Run the show
:
Be live for every session — scene switches, overlays, transitions, timing; manage the greenroom and bring guests on/off screen; troubleshoot anything that goes wrong in real-time. - Guest prep
:
Run tech checks with guests before they go live; walk regular guests through how the show works; you ll create a guide for one-time guests, but you ll make sure they re ready. - Post-show
:
Ensure the live uploads to You Tube correctly; clips and highlight workflow will come later as we scale; for now it s straightforward and we want to focus on the actual stream.
- You're a good fit if:
You ve produced live streams or broadcasts before. Not just hit "go live" but actually run production. - You ve built a production setup from scratch, or you re itching to.
- You're calm under pressure (things will go wrong on air, you handle it).
- You're organized and proactive, you prep everything so show days are smooth.
- You can work the schedule, this is non-negotiable.
- You communicate clearly, we hate chasing people for updates.
- You're comfortable building systems, not just following them.
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
