We are searching for a Patient Service Representative to join our team! Our Patient Service Representative provides support to the administrative functions of the practice.

• Greeting patients upon check‑in or check‑out.
• Accurately inputting data into the Practice Management Software.
• Confirming appointments.
• Verifying insurance.
• Accurately collecting co‑pays and deductibles.

• Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in a medical office providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• Computer capabilities and Practice Management Software experience.

• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a patient‑experience focus.
• Polite, friendly, and self‑motivated.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
