The Senior Hotel Entertainment Manager is a senior operational and client-facing leadership role responsible for managing and improving entertainment program delivery across a portfolio of hotel and resort accounts. This leader will drive client satisfaction, vendor performance, internal team execution, service consistency and bring to life the Only The Best service platform as MHW scales rapidly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment and can blend high-end client service, operational discipline, and team leadership to ensure entertainment programming is executed flawlessly and consistently across properties.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the senior day-to-day owner for a portfolio of hotel/resort entertainment programs.
- Lead client communication, performance reviews, and ongoing relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify improvement and upsell opportunities, and develop solutions aligned to each property’s brand and guest expectations.
- Manage service recovery situations and escape strategically when needed.
- Oversee quality, consistency, and execution of live entertainment programming across assigned accounts.
- Ensure entertainment schedules are filled accurately, talent is confirmed, and expectations are aligned with clients and performers.
- Monitor program performance and ensure the entertainment experience is commensurate with delivering on the Three Pillars of Only The Best service model.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts and successful program transitions.
- Coach and develop team members to grow capability, increase productivity, and strengthen service consistency.
- Help build and maintain scalable systems that support growth without sacrificing quality.
- Use Airtable or similar tools to track accounts, issues, schedules, talent performance, and client feedback.
- Establish repeatable SOP’s, checklists, and workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Leverage hospitality expertise to drive strategy, enhance client experience, and increase revenue.
- 7 - 10+ years in high-end hospitality management or hospitality vendor leadership with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering high-touch service across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized operator with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, client meetings) and ability to operate calmly under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean environment where problem solving and ownership matter.
- Miami-based or willing to relocate with travel flexibility.
