Hosts and participates in shipboard recreational and entertainment programs geared towards kids and families.

Serves as master of ceremonies to motivate, inform, and entertain small and large groups of kids and families throughout their cruise vacation. Employees may be required to perform all functions in various venues across the ship.

• Two years of experience as a master of ceremonies or in professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) within resorts, cruise lines, entertainment, or recreational industries.
• At least one year of experience working with children in theatre, dance, recreational, or educational settings.
• Highly efficient balloon making and face painting skills.
• Preferred activity class offerings: dance instruction, craft classes, fitness classes, singing, etc.
• Ability to offer a personal specialty class or talent.
• Effective microphone use to capture and manage large groups' attention courteously.
• Ability to provide basic instruction to large groups.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to exercise authority and discretion, aligning with Royal Way Brand Standards.
• Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and basic software packages.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
