Event Manager / Planner, Customer Service Rep

Aboutthe Role
- You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signed commercial contract until the event final closing.
- You will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to all internal teams.
- As overall owner you will work as part of a team, managing other departments’ tasks to ensure things happen in time and form.
- Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them, consolidating requirements and prioritizing with the product team.
- Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support the user support team with potential user incidents.
- Ensure all requirements needed to achieve project goals have necessary documentation.
- Depending on the event, your presence on site may be required during launch or other key dates.
- Degree‑qualified with a project management background.
- 5+ years in a project management or consulting role; event experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable coordinating multiple departments and delivering results in ambiguous environments, highly detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Solution‑focused, identifying problem areas and creating resolution plans.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized, efficient, and collaborative, willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks.
- Curious and keen to push boundaries, able to think strategically about event partnership briefs and proprietary data.
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.
- Base salary $90k - $125k, significant bonus potential for top performance, and stock options.
