• Talent Representation: to represent, and be the overall manager of, a diverse roster of talent who act as team presidents in Baller League USA (Ishowspeed, Druski, Ronaldinho, OBJ, Usain Bolt...)
• Client Development: to develop and implement strategic plans for future talent to become part of the Baller League family.
• Contract Negotiation: to negotiate contracts and deals with talent on behalf of Baller League, using best practice and in support of the wider company’s objectives.
• Industry Networking: to build and maintain strong professional relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders across the industry.
• Opportunity Sourcing: to identify and secure opportunities for the league, such as brand partnerships, endorsements and collaborations.
• Conduct and manage internal meetings to review status of all on-going projects.
• Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed account process.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the artist/talent/creator industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong awareness of the culture landscape.
• Show flair with negotiation and contract management skills.
• Good relationships and contacts across the entertainment industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple talent and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and brand management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
