What You Will Do

GFT is seeking a Scheduler to join our Construction Services team in Miami. Candidates will be considered from the greater Miami Florida area and work in‑house on site at client offices.

• Prepare the project schedule based upon the project scope of work.
• Assemble, record, and transfer necessary data for schedule updating and report generation.
• Communicate with project team members and compile data for these purposes.
• Assure continuity and consistency in required reports.

• Possess a related Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Completed course studies in scheduling and possess knowledge of and the execution of scheduling best practices and produce periodic reports and matrices that record and track project progress.
• Having a credential in scheduling a plus (PMI, etc).

• Has knowledge and is proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner (P6). Proficiency with MS Office.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of complex project schedules.
• FDOT experience.
• Highway/Roadway scheduling experience.
• Can effectively communicate orally and in writing with team members.
• Can demonstrate the understanding, use, and functionality of scheduling terminology.
• Must work in client offices.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
