. WGI is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to be part of our Geospatial Division in our Miami, FL office.
In this position, you will assist the Survey Project Manager in the execution of various public and private sector survey assignments. You will work with other technicians and direct field crews to complete small and large-scale transportation projects.
Responsibilities- Coordination with field crews and other technicians to monitor project responsibilities
- Right-of-Way and Property Research and Drafting
- Perform boundary analysis
- Processing of field survey data
- Point cloud data extraction
- Occasionally, field work will be required for special projects and to support field teams
- BA/BS in Geography or related earth sciences field (additional experience may be substituted for education) is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Geomatics professional
- Proficiency in GPS and Laser Scanning technologies
- Strong skills in AutoCAD
- Experience with data extraction using TopoDOT
- Experience with FLDOT requirements and procedures is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office
