Job Description

The HVAC Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/HVAC Project Estimator for a leading HVAC Manufacturers Representative in South Florida is looking for an Estimator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal HVAC Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/HVAC Project Estimator candidate should be responsible, highly motivated and self-driven with a strong background in HVAC sales.

The HVAC Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/HVAC Project Estimator will have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC sales industry.

• Salary: $60k - $75k base plus commission

• Serve as the HVAC technical sales consultant for assigned customers including engineers, mechanical contractors, and end users
• Maintain the company’s bid calendar to ensure all bids are submitted on time
• Read and understand HVAC plans and specifications
• Conduct take-offs based on plans and specifications to create proposals for all projects (product specified or alternate)
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business
• Increase market penetration and expand customer base
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project inception to completion
• Work closely with outside sales team to drive project acquisition and customer penetration

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the HVAC sales industry
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Proven success in inside sales and generating sales opportunities
• Strong problem‑solving ability and resourcefulness
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
