- Strong technical skills in pond design, stormwater management, and drainage systems.

- Experience with water/wastewater supply and distribution systems.
- Knowledgeable in roadway and transportation design.
- Ability to work with jurisdictional agencies to determine permit requirements and prepare necessary applications.
- Leadership skills for engaging with staff, clients, and contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365; familiarity with ICPR or related modeling software is advantageous.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with 2-25 years of industry experience.
