2nd Shift Pneumatics Tester – HEICO

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is seeking a meticulous and technically minded Pneumatics Tester to join our talented technical team. This role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, FAA‑regulated environment on the second shift (Monday–Thursday, 2 pm–midnight).

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional and pressure testing on aircraft pneumatic components such as valves, regulators, actuators, and related systems.
• Operate manual and automated test equipment, analyze test data, and verify that components meet performance and safety standards before approval for return to service.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to support testing activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot testing equipment and generate test reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in pneumatic testing.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and measurement tools (pressure gauges, flow meters, leak detectors).
• Basic computer skills for test documentation and data entry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain stationary for extended periods.
