The Window and Pressure Washing Drone Pilot is responsible for operating specialized aerial cleaning drones used for high‑rise and commercial building maintenance. This role involves performing precision drone flights, conducting routine equipment checks, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant cleaning operations. The position requires technical proficiency with drone systems, strong attention to detail, and adherence to all safety and operational standards.

• Role involves site visits, equipment transport and setup of proper work areas/zones
• Operate and maintain window‑washing drones for commercial and residential buildings
• Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality
• Plan and execute flight paths in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols
• Monitor drone performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Maintain accurate logs of flight operations, maintenance, and cleaning schedules
• Collaborate with building managers and safety teams to coordinate cleaning operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
