• Oversee new installation projects to ensure efficient, profitable close‑out
• Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors
• Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans
• Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning
• Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins
• Monitor job financial performance, track invoice collections, bad debt and process progress payments
• Facilitate scope changes, prepare change order paperwork, and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentation
• Ensure projects are invoiced and achieve 90%‑95% payment before elevator turnover (dependent on contractual agreement)
• Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success
• Submit certified payroll, including tracking worker hours, wages, and fringe benefits in accordance with prevailing wage laws
• Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance, and passenger safety

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance
• 3‑7 years of proven project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in the construction, elevator or related building systems industry
• Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Strong financial acumen
