Dell Driving Technician / Field Service Technician

Title:

Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.

Location:

Miami, FL (and many other U.S. locations).

Type of Job:
Long‑term Contract / Contract to Permanent.

• Travel to various customer locations from the pickup parts location.
• Visit both business offices and residential sites to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use your own vehicle for travel and be available for extensive driving (approximately 300 miles per week).
• Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience with Dell is a plus).
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup location.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style in all interactions.
• Be prepared for overtime and extended driving as required.

• A+ Certification (training or expired status accepted).
• Certification in Dell or another major manufacturer is a plus.
• Experience working on laptops and desktops.
• Experience in break‑fix service.

• Background check and driving record review required after the job offer.
• Complete Dell online certification training (free).
• Agree to contract terms and conditions.
• Pay is bi‑weekly for approved hours.
• Mileage will be reimbursed.
• Plan for a backup vehicle in case your car breaks down.

• Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
• We look for commitment and asset‑building technicians.
• Feedback is typically provided within 48 hours of application.
