Kingdom Academy is seeking a caring and enthusiastic VPK Teacher to join our Early Childhood team. The VPK Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered classroom where young learners can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

The teacher will guide students through developmentally appropriate learning experiences that build early literacy, math, and social skills while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

• Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with biblical values
• Agreement with the mission and educational philosophy of Kingdom Academy
• Florida VPK teaching credentials (or ability to obtain them)
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood students preferred
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards
• Create a nurturing classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged
• Support the development of early literacy, math, social, and motor skills
• Integrate biblical values and character development into daily classroom routines
• Monitor student progress and maintain required VPK documentation and assessments
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and development
• Maintain a structured classroom with clear routines and expectations
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student success
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for all students
