About the PositionSt. Philip’s is seeking an experienced, passionate, and collaborative Lower School Co‑Teacher to join our teaching team. Co‑teachers play an important role in delivering engaging instruction, differentiating learning, and supporting the academic and social‑emotional growth of students. The ideal candidate is positive, collaborative, and knowledgeable about child development and best teaching practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- 3+ years of classroom teaching experience (lower school experience preferred)
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Experience differentiating instruction
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
- Experience using educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Understanding of child development and best practices in foundational literacy and numeracy instruction.

Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 based on experience and qualifications
Full‑time position
