This full-time, on-site role of Admissions Advisor is based in Miami, FL. The Admissions Advisor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, offering support and information regarding FNU’s academic programs, campus resources, and policies. Key responsibilities include student recruitment, providing excellent customer service, assisting with enrollment processes, conducting training sessions for new students, and maintaining accurate records. The Advisor will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with prospective and current students to ensure a positive and productive admissions experience.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and faculty
- Strong Customer Service skills and a student-focused mindset
- Experience in Student Recruiting, enrollment processes, and building relationships with prospective students
- Training and mentorship abilities to assist and guide incoming students
- Sales-related skills to promote FNU academic programs and encourage enrollment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree preferred; prior experience in admissions, education, or a related field is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is considered a plus
