You are the individual families will recall when choosing where to enroll. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and attentiveness are not competing values—they define the baseline.
Alpha is transforming the concept of schooling. Our campuses integrate academic excellence, technology-driven instruction, and a coherent philosophy that honors students and their families. Admissions is where philosophy becomes practice. Families approach us with curiosity, doubt, and optimism. Your responsibility is to turn uncertainty into trust.
In this position, you oversee the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will address family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure flawless applicant documentation, and facilitate meaningful discussions that clarify Alpha's approach and help parents determine fit for their child. This is not a support role in the background. You are client-facing, precision-focused, and responsible for the family's entire Alpha experience.
This is an on-campus role with a quick tempo, suited for someone who thrives managing competing demands while preserving both accuracy and warmth. If you value strong execution, clear communication, and delivering experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides genuine ownership and influence.

- Making final decisions regarding admissions or enrollment
- Delivering classroom instruction or participating in daily teaching
- Relying on aggressive sales methods or scripted pitches
- Operating in a setting with ambiguous standards, shifting priorities, or unclear expectations

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
