Your role: create and execute focused reading workshops that produce measurable advances in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide campus expansion of that program.
This role isn't about completing lesson-plan documentation. It's about data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students effectively.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student progress data to optimize instruction and extract actionable insights
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that support early elementary students in reaching grade-level proficiency
- Teaching 90-minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students engage with academic subjects through AI-adaptive apps
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
