What You Will Be Doing- Organizing materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and educational sessions.
- Assisting academic staff with instructional support.
- Supervising and encouraging student participation.
- Managing schedules and facilitating smooth transitions between sessions.
- Learning from educational leaders who are transforming K-12 learning.
- Remaining passive: you will be actively engaged in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
- Experiencing burnout: you are not required to deliver lectures, lead entire classes, or provide emotional counseling (that remains the Guide's domain).
- Performing tasks without purpose: this role goes beyond a typical job. You will make tangible contributions to student development and growth, ensuring your time is meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core promises to students: guaranteeing academic achievement, developing essential life skills, and cultivating enthusiasm for learning.
Basic Requirements- Available to work on-site at our Miami campus.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly, with complete flexibility to select your schedule within school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time opportunity available.
- Demonstrated experience working with children.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for working with kids.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with usThis is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For more details, see
