• Organizing materials, tools, and learning spaces for workshops and educational sessions.
• Assisting instructional staff with operational support.
• Supervising and encouraging active student participation.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core promises to students: guaranteeing academic achievement, cultivating essential life skills, and developing intrinsic motivation for learning.

• Available to work on-site at our Miami campus.
• Commit to at least 10 hours weekly, with complete flexibility in scheduling within operational hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time option available.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Approachable, child-oriented demeanor.
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
