* Requires an MD degree from a recognized accredited University (or foreign equivalent).License:
* Florida Medical License is required.

** WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
** Work conditions:  work is normally performed in an indoor office environment. Subject to frequent interruptions.
