Job Summary

Supports the Call Center operations for the One Stop enrollment services department providing accurate and timely information to prospective and current undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions. Provide student support via telephone and follow-up email communication to achieve efficient and expedient solutions utilizing available institutional systems.
  • Assist students with the process of admissions, registration, and financial aid by providing them with the status of their application and advising them when documents are missing.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism to ensure that accurate responses are provided to applicants, prospective, and current students while documenting all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Perform related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma and six (6) years of experience.

Desired Qualifications

Call center experience preferred.
