We’re looking for a highly efficient, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to support directly across branding, website projects, email marketing design, and overall creative execution.

This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, supporting 12+ clients across different industries (real estate, fashion, hospitality, traveling, F & B, event planning) in a fast-paced agency environment. If you are not naturally organized, accountable, and proactive, please do not apply.

DETAILS

Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office (Brickell, Miami FL)

MUST be able to legally work in the US. No exceptions.

NO interns will be considered, must have some experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Website edits, setup, structuring, and organization (including overview documents and site maps)
  • Handle email marketing design and setup within Shopify
  • Draft agreements, proposals, and scope documents
  • Build structured presentations and client-facing reports
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, photographers, models, and other collaborators
  • Organize and assign creative tasks internally with clear deadlines
  • Review and quality-check all creative assets before client delivery
  • Contribute to overall creative execution across multiple client accounts
  • Support branding system implementation and website launches
  • Oversee daily calendar, timelines, deliverables, and internal to-dos
  • Maintain ongoing communication with freelancers and collaborators
  • Ensure follow-through across all active projects (nothing slips)
  • Anticipate needs and proactively flag gaps, delays, or inconsistencies
  • Provide direct, hands-on support to leadership across accounts
REQUISITES
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and structured
  • Proactive — you anticipate needs instead of waiting for instructions
  • Accountable and responsive
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Website design/editing experience is a strong plus
