• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional instruction, only high-impact coaching at a peer level
• Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small-group sessions on leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
• Supporting students in identifying their core strengths and broadening their aspirations via tailored development plans
• Advancing Alpha s educational model through continuous contribution of data, observations, and innovative thinking

Inspiring elementary-aged students to thrive in school while accelerating their learning by 2x using AI.

• Ability to work on-site at one of the following locations:
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA;
  Miami, FL;
  Chicago, IL;
  Santa Barbara, CA.
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of high achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, Division I or Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitive success, etc.)
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
