You are the person families will remember when they choose where to enroll. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha sounds, feels, and fulfills its commitments. In this position, you own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will reply to inquiries promptly and professionally, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant records precise and current, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach aligns with their child's needs. This is not a support role. You are client‑facing, detail‑oriented, and directly responsible for how families perceive Alpha.

This is an on‑campus, high‑tempo role suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands while maintaining both accuracy and empathy. • Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, warm, and consistent with Alpha's voice
• Organizing and running admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
• Keeping applicant records accurate and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
• Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture their feedback
• Collaborating closely with campus staff and admissions leadership to ensure every family progresses smoothly through the enrollment process

• Rendering final enrollment or admissions decisions
• Delivering classroom instruction or contributing to day‑to‑day teaching
• Relying on aggressive sales methods or scripted pitches
• Operating in a setting where expectations, standards, or priorities are ambiguous

Create a high‑trust, high‑conversion admissions process that supports families from initial outreach through confident enrollment commitment.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family‑facing operations role
• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
• At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
• Availability to work on‑campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
• Experience supporting admissions events or parent‑facing programs
• Comfort operating in fast‑changing, tech‑enabled environments

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
