The OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Montessori Guide to lead a mixed-age classroom (3–6 years). The ideal candidate is warm, organized, grounded in Montessori philosophy, and inspired by the responsibility of guiding children during their most formative years.
What You’ll Do- Lead an authentic Montessori Primary environment
- Present lessons in Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural Studies
- Foster independence, concentration, and intrinsic motivation
- Cultivate grace, courtesy, and a strong classroom community
- Observe and guide each child’s individual development
- Maintain a beautiful, orderly prepared environment
- Build meaningful, professional partnerships with families
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team
- AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited Primary Montessori credential (Required)
- Experience leading a Montessori Primary classroom preferred
- Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and growth-oriented
- A deep respect for the child and commitment to authentic Montessori practice
