Middle School Teacher

Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard Catholic School in Cutler Bay, Florida has an opening for a qualified Middle School Teacher for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for middle school. The applicant must be a dynamic and innovative educator with the ability to develop lessons that cultivate critical thinking skills, design instruction to motivate and engage all learners, and develop cross curricular units.

The Middle School Teacher performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on certification and years of service.

• Bachelor's degree in education, or related field.
• Three (3) years or more of experience.
• Excellent classroom management skills and have demonstrated ability to engage students.
• Presentation skills and knowledge with use of instructional technology, including chrome book, in the classroom.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Proficiency in Google, Word, and Excel;
  PowerPoint a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in the Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Exemplified professionalism in behavior and performance.
