Recruits and meets enrollment goals for the assigned Chapman Graduate School of Business MBA graduate programs. Serves as a critical point of contact, providing program details and benefits.
- Executes marketing and sales activities leading to student enrollment in the assigned graduate program(s) through various mediums: online, phone, email, chat, and recruitment events. Manages a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct full lifecycle analysis of recruitment efforts in order to monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Maintains confidentiality of student information and records.
- Serves as a prospect liaison to the Admissions and Financial Aid offices, interpreting common admissions and financial aid practices and procedures.
- Facilitates monthly program specific information sessions as well as general information sessions.
- Meets personal and team application targets.
- Follows College Protocols in the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Closely assists and mentors students through the admission process from inquiry to file completion. Provides completed file to the appropriate unit once finalized. Resolves problems as needed.
- Travels to recruitment events as well as fairs and conferences representing the College.
- Maintains current and thorough knowledge of the University and the College of Business degree programs through extensive and ongoing training activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience or a Master's Degree.
- Experience working in Higher Education.
