Alpha focuses on accelerating learning through AI‑driven adaptive platforms, with students completing core academic work in 2 hours per day. Your role is to coach students, facilitate life skill workshops, and guide them toward academic targets.

• Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑2 students, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
• Driving student engagement with adaptive learning applications and helping them reach weekly academic milestones
• Guiding students through emotional regulation, resilience‑building, and problem‑solving with consistent frameworks and genuine care
• Monitoring student performance and emerging needs, surfacing concerns proactively, and refining approaches in partnership with your team
• Establishing a classroom environment that balances structure, joy, and individualized attention

• Full‑time, on‑site at our Miami, FL campus
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments
• Compelling storyteller and energetic speaker capable of engaging young kids
• High standards for yourself and students; ability to inspire achievement

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
