Latin Language Teacher

Miami Arts Charter School is seeking a passionate, qualified Latin Teacher to join our world‑class faculty for the  school year, scheduled to begin in August 2026
. Located in the heart of Miami’s vibrant arts scene, MAC is a rigorous college‑preparatory school that integrates high‑level artistic training with academic excellence. We believe that the study of Classical languages provides our young artists with a deep understanding of history, literature, and the foundations of modern language.

• Deliver engaging Latin instruction to middle and/or high school students.
• Develop a curriculum that bridges classical studies with the creative interests of our student body.
• Prepare students for successful transitions into higher‑level language courses and standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators and artists to foster a supportive learning environment.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Latin or a related field.
• Certification: Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate (or eligibility for certification) in Latin (K-12).
• Experience: Previous classroom experience is preferred but not required.
• Mindset: A professional who is enthusiastic about Classical studies and thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
