Traditional education systems often confine high‑potential students to one‑size‑fits‑all classrooms built around average performance. You won’t be standing in front of 30 desks delivering standardized lessons. Instead, you’ll guide small cohorts of driven learners eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their academic paths. If your background includes achievement beyond conventional education—competitive success, athletic excellence, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative accomplishment—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position lets you turn that insight into student impact.

Teaching credentials are not required. A track record of excellence is.

• Engaging directly with students each day to inspire and mentor—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact peer‑style coaching
• Leveraging adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small‑group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real‑world achievement
• Partnering with students to identify their unique strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps
• Providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
• Proven history of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required
• Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
