You will shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathetic outreach. You will also handle daily safety compliance and facility coordination, leveraging data and thorough records to keep operations efficient and audit‑ready.

• Leading personalized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
• Stewarding the complete admissions funnel with responsive, strategic, and thoughtful outreach
• Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating resolutions with team members
• Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
• Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to improve operational workflows

• Attending prolonged meetings with ambiguous outcomes or absent decision-makers
• Delivering a scripted pitch; each family interaction is customized, authentic, and considered
• Micromanaging contractors or tracking down documentation that should have been recorded properly from the start
• Waiting for others to identify issues; you will be the one recognizing and addressing them

• Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High emotional intelligence and independent drive
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Available to work in‑person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
• Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

• Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
• Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
