Overview
Our Lady of Lourdes Academy is a Catholic all‑girls high school in the unincorporated community of Ponce‑Davis in Miami‑Dade County, Florida. It is managed and staffed by the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and is owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Miami.
Position OverviewThe principal’s primary purpose is to provide academic, instructional, and supervisory leadership to ensure the school achieves its mission of Catholic education, academic excellence, and service. The principal works with the president—appointed by the Archbishop through the Superintendent of Schools—and serves as the chief operations and educational officer, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, faculty supervision, co‑extracurricular programs, and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities• Administer and supervise the implementation of new and innovative programs tailored to student needs.
• Integrate faith and culture within the curriculum, working closely with the president.
• Liaise with the Office of Catholic Schools, parishes, and affiliate entities regarding operational matters.
• Delegate responsibilities to the administrative team, faculty, and staff to achieve overall school success.

The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package consistent with the salary scale for Educational Administrators in the Archdiocese of Miami, based on credentials and experience.
