• The Early Childhood Teacher's Assistant helps maintain our students' academic progress and assists the lead teacher in facilitating lesson plans.

• At least two years of college coursework (60 semester credit hours), candidates must have classroom experience and/or working with children in a structured environment, strong communication and computer skills, and a satisfactory background check (including references and fingerprinting clearance).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility and ability to work within a demanding environment where developing positive community relations are critical.
• Proficiency with instructional technology; must be a team player.
