This is a 100% outpatient General Cardiology position in Miami-Dade with no hospital call and no procedural demands.
Practice Overview
- You'll practice 100% outpatient General Cardiology-no interventional work, no inpatient rounding, no cath lab, no STEMI call
- Manage a balanced schedule of 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times and smaller panels (avg. 345 patients, capped 450)
- Collaborate closely with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches in a prevention-first model
- Read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; serve as a clinical resource and educator within the care team
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, predictable clinic schedule
- No call and no weekends
- 100% consults and follow-ups in an outpatient setting
- Dedicated exam rooms within a multi-use clinic environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000-$450,000 base salary
- Up to 10% annual quality bonus based on quality metrics (no RVUs or production quotas)
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance
- 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance + 5 days, 401(k) with up to 6% match, full medical/vision/dental, malpractice coverage
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
- Comfortable in an outpatient-only, senior-focused model
- Ability to read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; experience preferred
