Overall Description

Lens Crafters, part of Essilor Luxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist practice. The role emphasizes personal eye‑care with state‑of‑the‑art technology in a supportive, independent setting.

• Provide high‑quality optometric care to patients as an Associate Doctor.
• Exercise full scope of practice under the discretion of the Subleasing Doctor with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Maintain a fully furnished office equipped with advanced optical technology, including Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Use automated online appointment booking and patient recall system.
• Manage flexible scheduling, including part‑time or additional hours at an existing practice.

Salary:
Based on experience. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered.

Doctoral degree in Optometry (or equivalent). Licensed to practice in the state of employment. Strong patient‑care focus and ability to work independently within a private optometric practice.
