Primary Care Physician Miami, FL
Compensation:
Base Salary $250K+ Incentive Bonus Signing Bonus up to $50K

We deliver coordinated, high‑quality care to moderate‑to‑low‑income seniors with complex chronic conditions. Our model empowers physicians to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced through meaningful relationships, more time with patients, and an emphasis on quality over volume. With reduced patient panels and strong clinical support, you’ll have the time, tools, and autonomy to truly impact patient lives.
Role& Compensation
- Base Salary: $250K+
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
- Signing Bonus: Up to $50K
- Partnership Track Available
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient Volume: 1820 patients per day
- Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Patient Population: Seniors with 35 chronic conditions
- Care Model: Value-Based Care
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
