Lead Pediatrician Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pediatricians, physicians assistants / nurse practitioners, and care coordinators in establishing a comprehensive primary care practice
  • Practice in a state‑of‑the‑art clinic with on‑site laboratory and imaging services, and provide care in the home and via telemedicine
  • Develop a network of vetted subspecialists to support children's care
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine specialists to respond 24/7 to urgent needs
  • Build close and meaningful relationships with families
  • Engage in ongoing research, learning, and improvement of clinical practice
  • Work with support staff, pharmacists, and technology to empower care
  • Leverage in‑office lifestyle services including health & wellness coaching, nutrition, and exercise physiologist for patients and members

Job Requirements
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Florida licensed or eligible
  • Minimum of six (6+) years of clinical experience
  • Compassionate, personable, with outstanding rapport with families and colleagues, oriented toward service
  • Available for a full‑time commitment and willing to take on‑call coverage as needed
  • Occasional travel to NYC for training and collaboration required
