Job Overview/Summary
The Critical Care / Intensivist will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting within a nationally recognized healthcare system. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative environment with strong multidisciplinary support, while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in Florida’s Treasure Coast.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Perform advanced clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs, nursing staff, and specialty consultants, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation efforts.
- Engage in clinical research and teaching opportunities as available.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Support evidence-based practice and patient-centered care delivery.
