Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Miami, FL. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of complex interior design projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating detailed space plans, collaborating with architectural teams, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring designs meet functional and aesthetic goals. The role also includes project management and client interactions to ensure seamless delivery of tailored design solutions.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of hands‑on Interior Design experience.
  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design principles
  • Strong skills in Architecture and the ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
  • Experience with selecting and specifying FF&E to meet aesthetic and functional needs
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Proficiency with design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Prior experience in managing complex residential and commercial interior design projects
