We’re looking for a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This key leadership role is ideal for an architect who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and has a proven track record managing luxury residential projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will combine technical rigor, team leadership, and excellent client communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic role within a growing firm and contribute meaningfully to its future direction.

• Studio Leadership: Support the firm’s leadership in guiding a high‑performing team across all phases of design and construction, fostering a collaborative and inspiring studio environment.
• Design Excellence: Ensure that SDH Studio’s high standards of design quality and detail are upheld through every stage of the project.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering exceptional service and design outcomes.
• Project Management: Oversee project workflows, schedules, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and jurisdictions.
• Technical Oversight: Lead the production of precise construction documents in REVIT, ensuring quality control and coordination across all disciplines.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers, cultivating a culture of learning, accountability, and design integrity.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); architectural license preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience, particularly in high‑end residential architecture and design.
• Advanced proficiency in REVIT is essential; experience establishing team standards and templates is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and permitting processes in South Florida.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, custom homes from schematic design through construction.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and manage client relationships.
• A collaborative leadership style and a passion for inspiring and growing design talent.
